Exporting reports to a PDF and retaining report history when not using my account

I need to export all the reports in one Expensify account. The account was on the policy of our bookkeeping firm, and we aren't continuing to use their service. Is there a way to save all the reports at once, instead of having to generate and download a PDF of each report? There are nearly 200 reports, so it's tedious.
Alternatively, is there a way to transfer all the reports in one account to another Expensify account? We are going to keep using Expensify, just not the bookkeeping firm. I'm really frustrated that we stand to lose all our records unless I have an employee manually save each report from the account that's about to be deactivated.

Hi @MichelleCastle - one suggestion would be to get your bookkeeper to download all the expenses with all the fields (including the url to the receipt) to csv and then upload them to your own Expensify account. Would this work for you?

Hi @Sheena Trepanier Would you mind sharing with me the advice you provided @michellecastle? I'm in a similar position. We have a company expense policy that we no longer use (many reports were created over the years) and we are considering downloading and saving all employee reports from that policy. Thank you.

Hi @Jeff_Everingham, thanks for posting here!
The solution that I worked with Michelle on most likely will not work for you. In the end, it turned out that they wanted access to the reports, but didn't necessarily need them in PDF form. For Michelle, she was able to merge her account with the old admin account to keep her access to the expense reports.
One of the great things about using Expensify, is that after you're done using it, you can keep your account active as a free account and retain access to all your expense data.
This means that if you already have access to your employees submitted reports, you can safely remove the policy (which reverts you to a free account) and log in at any time to print or export the report.
Sadly there is no way to export reports in bulk to a PDF, which means that you'd need to export or print each report to a PDF one by one. You can find instructions on that here.
If you have follow up questions, just let me know!

Thanks, @Sheena Trepanier. The information you provided was very helpful. Since the the reports are accessible indefinitely, there is no need to export them. Yay!
