My screen is missing the tag field how can this be fixed?
Hi @WendyAtCaplawhead, happy to help with this! Generally the most common cause of a missing tag field is not having tags set up in your account or on the company policy.
If you navigate to your Accounts Settings > Categories and Tags section, then scroll to the bottom of the page, you'll see you don't have any tags set up quite yet. Once you add some tags, you should see them available to apply to your expenses.
