We've identified an issue with our commercial card automated, background data sync system. The system has temporarily been turned off while we investigate a fix. You can still manually update your expense data by using the Update button in your personal Account Settings > Credit Card Import section.
Updates will be posted to our status page as soon as we have more details.

Expensify Sync manager
Last week we updated our expensify to the sync manager, I did a test run to make sure that after days of trying to get this to work that it was working correctly.
Now I am trying to sync my Expensify with QB desktop and I keep getting errors. I do what it says and Edit the sync manager and save but it is still giving me errors. I have had one report pull over but am unable to find it in QB desktop??? Can somebody offer me help?
