We want a new set of tags for the new year. If we delete our existing tags, will the reports that have already been reimbursed be changed in any way? We need the old tags to stay on the old reports for audit purposes.

Hi @PamelaLee, welcome to the community! Changing your tag list should not affect any expenses that have been submitted so you should be okay to move forward with your updates.

@Sheena Trepanier Just coming across this post when searching for an answer to a very similar question. We are a nonprofit and we have grant names as some of our tags, if I upload a new tag list that that does not contain some of our older grants that we don't use any longer, will we still be able to see it attached to any expense that it was tagged to in the past? We need to be able to see it for audit purposes also, but I am tired of having to inactivate so many every time I do a new upload.
