I haven't been able to export to QuickBooks, it says something about downloading the Expensify Sync Manager. Where's the link to download that?

Hi @m475c482 and @suvo01, welcome! The sync manager is downloaded during the connection process, there are step by step instructions on the connection here.

When you click 'Connect to QuickBooks', you'll see the below window.

After selecting your option, you should see the below screen with the blue link to download the sync manager.

The sync manager should download to your default download location and you then change its location.

    Hi @m475c482 and @MaggieC

Can you confirm that you're selecting one of the three large button options in the screenshot below and not clicking the text link at the bottom?

If you click the text link you will see the window you shared that starts "Connect a New Company File", instead of the window that allows you the download link.

If you're still unable to download the sync manager, please follow the steps below and if you experience trouble still please use a program like RecordIt to provide us with a screen capture showing the large buttons taking you to the "Connect a New Company File" window and not the download window.

    1. Log in to your account in a web browser
    2. Navigate to your Settings page > click on Policy Name > Connections section.
    3. Scroll down to the QuickBooks Desktop section
    4. Click "Do not connect to Quickbooks Desktop"
    5. Click "Connect to Quickbooks Desktop"
    6. Select one of the three options in the large buttons (Shared Company Drive, Third Party Remote Desktop, or Single User/Personal Desktop)
    7. Use the link to download the sync manager and follow our setup guide to finish the connection.

    Thanks so much!
