Can I request a Password Reset Email for employees as a Policy Admin?

I have 3 users who cannot access their Expensify accounts. They've attempted using the reset password feature more than once but haven't been able to gain access. Do we have the ability to manage passwords as Policy Admins? If not, how do we reset the passwords manually?

I don't think you can. They are under the company policy, but it is essentially the employee's account. You aren't too specific on why they haven't been able to gain access, but I would contact your IT department to see if the emails are going to their junk mail. Good luck!
