How do I change the mileage rate in Expensify?
Hi there the millage calcualtions that are preset in the program is calculating at the wrong rate. The tax rate for business miles in 2018 should be at 54.5 cents per mile. The program is calculating the millage rate at 56 cents per mile which is wrong. I have to go into each report and manually change and add up up manually each millage expense which is time consuming. How can we change this in the program so that in automatically calculates correctly.

Hi @andrealholmqvist_82 - An admin will need to update the rates from within the policy. You will find this in the Settings > Policies > Individual or Group > [policy name] > Expenses, and scroll down to the Mileage section.
Any changes to the rate should sync and save as soon as you click outside the text box.
