How often are transactions uploaded via the direct feed? Once the cards are linked is there anything else needed to keep the expenses current?

You should not have to update it manually unless you see that you're missing transactions. If this is the case, and updating doesn't import your missing transactions, please reach out to concierge@expensify.com for more support.
Please note we cannot import transactions until they've posted to the account; pending transactions will need to post first.
