I have emailed few receipts from my comapny email id to [email protected] and it is not showing up in my account. Please can anyone help? Thanks
I'm sorry you're having a hard time finding your receipts! There are two ways to help locate missing receipts.
First, can you please confirm the receipts were emailed from the **same email address **that's been registered to your Expensify account, or from an address that's been added as a Secondary Email Address?
Next, you'll want to make sure you've adjusted your Expense Filters, found on the top of the Expenses Page. These will show/hide your expenses based on the filters you have selected.
After checking the above, can you confirm if you're still having a hard time locating your receipts?
I'm having the same issue and the advice above doesn't help. All receipts have been sent in with the email registered on the account. Also when I try to submit a receipt a second time through email it warns me of duplicates. So I am assuming they are being upload somewhere but where??
In order for us to troubleshoot this further, can you please share the merchant, date and amount of some of your missing receipts?
I have also sent several receipts from Lyft about 2 hours ago ($22.52, $21.02, $17.70, $26.74, etc...) and still I am not seeing any of them
