BarclayCard US - Imported Once?

Hi Expensify Team-
I had set up my BarclayCard US to import once it was available. It appears that my expenses were imported once sometime during the Jan/Feb window. But now the application says it is not possible. Is there an update with the BarclayCard or should I be concerned that the connection was made once but not again? Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @shawng - welcome! We have not released an update to the Barclay connection, however the block on the connection is due to the two-factor authentication that Barclay uses. If that two-factor is disabled for any reason, there is a chance the import could resume.
We are working with Barclay to hopefully resolve this permanently, but it isn't a possibility at this time. If we have any news to share regarding the Barclay connection, we'll update this help page and release an announcement.

Guys... What's the deal here? This is very disruptive to not be able to import this Credit Card. Can you please provide an update. Thanks!

Hi @JuanMolina - Sadly two-factor authentication is a hurdle we're unable to overcome at this time. That being said, we are constantly working to improve our connections so that we can support 2FA in the future.
Once we're able to support it, we'll be sure to let you know as soon as possible.
