how long does it take from when an expense is approved for it to hit my checking account?

Hi @rjacobi - it should say reimbursed and in the history tell you that date it will be reimbursed. If you don't see that I would contact your admin

Once the report is reimbursed, you should expect the funds in 4 to 5 business days. However, if the report is $100 or less, it should be reimbursed in a single business day.
