Expensify not syncing with QBO

This has been a very frustrating month. I assisted with setting up a new client and their entire company with Expensify and QuickBooks online. The sync worked correctly but about a month ago the auto sync stopped. My client has a ton of reports. We have tried to export manually via each report and we just get a message stating that it is in que. The report(s) sit for about an hour and then my computer times out. I have over 200 expenses to read in and every time I have reached out to Expensify I get no assistance and only questions. There is no error message it simply sit, stating that is in queu. The policy is synced and we have gone in through the policy several times and it has no issues connecting to QBO. PLEASE HELP!
