Is there a way to update a user's email address without deleting their user from our Policy?
Hi! As an admin you won't have the ability to update a user's email address on their behalf, but they can do it on their own from their Account Settings > Account section > Secondary Logins.
By adding the new email as a secondary login they'll be able to make it their primary email and remove the old email address. Please feel free to share the link below with your user, it should take them directly to our secondary login help page.
