Do you use one of the accounting packages below?

  • Microsoft Dynamics
  • Sage
  • MYOB
  • Oracle
  • SAP

If so, I have some good news to share with you! We now offer a quick and easy way to populate an excel formatted export template specifically built for your accounting package.

For new customers

To get started, simply navigate to your Inbox page and select one of the above options on the inbox task starting with “Does your policy need to sync expense data to an accounting package?”

We’ll add an export template built for that accounting packages directly to your account. This export template will let you easily transfer report data from Expensify to your accounting package.

For existing customers

If you’ve already finished the above inbox task or can’t find it in your hidden tasks, then you’ll want to navigate to your Admin page > click on policy name > Connections section, and scroll down until you see the option for your accounting package.

We’ll automatically place your export template in your account, and you’ll be ready to export reports into the custom CSV format.

We’ve worked hard to make these templates as universal as possible, but we understand that sometimes you might have different needs. Once you’ve had a chance to test the export template, we’d love to hear your thoughts and feedback on this thread so we can work together to create the perfect template.
