Why am I missing expenses from my app that I see while logged into my web account?

Hello. I'm finalizing expense reports for 2017. The "open" reports listed on my smartphone app agree with my desktop both in number and dollar total. However, when I select a specific "open" report, the dollar total shown on my smartphone is less, and there are many individual entries missing as compared to my desktop open report. (The older entries are missing on my smartphone app.) I am attempting to clean up the reports by adding pictures of receipts but I cannot find them on my smartphone. BTW, I do NOT use smartscan. Thanks

    Hi @Rosey1985 Welcome to the Community! =)

    I suspect that this may be related to Syncing.

    1. Can you please (in the mobile app) go to Account Settings > Sync Account
    2. Go to Expenses and pull down to sync
    3. Go to Reports and pull down to sync

    If this does not populate the missing expenses, please comment here and I'll reach out to you directly to get specific details.
