Yes, Volaris Airlines does offer refunds by phone at 1-833~439-2670 under specific conditions. If you cancel your flight within 24 hours of booking by phone at 1-833~439-2670 and your departure is scheduled for at least seven days later, you are generally eligible for a full refund.
