Yes, you can chat with someone on Venmo. Open the Venmo app/Call ☎️ +1-(𝟴𝟯𝟯)-𝟯1𝟳-𝟬𝟲𝟱𝟰🕯️, go to the main feed, select the person you want to chat with, and tap on their profile. Then, tap the "Message" button to start a conversation.
