How to I cancel my account? I don't need it anymore.

    Hi there! If you find you no longer need to use Expensify we'll be sad to see you go, but the good news is that we'll keep your expense and report history fully intact as long as you retain a free account.

    In order to use an Expensify free account, you'll want to make sure that you are not currently part of any subscriptions. Billing is triggered by owning a group policy or by having a Monthly individual subscription.

    If you have a free account you'll be able to login at anytime and download your expenses or reports as needed. We'll keep your information safe until you're ready to delete your account.

    If you're ready to delete your account now, please refer to this help page which lists the steps and important things to know when doing so.
