How do I change the approval workflow for my policy?

I used to manage a colleague and approve her reports. Now she is managed by someone else. How do I change this colleagues approving manager in Expensify?

    The approval workflow for a policy (who submits to who, and who approves reports) can be updated by any policy admin.

    If you're an admin you can adjust the workflow from Settings > Policies > Group > [Policy Name] > People.

    You'll find instructions and explanations on our help site here.

    If you're not a policy admin (unable to click on the policy name and access the details) we recommend reaching out to a manager or your own approver to make the update.
