I used to manage a colleague and approve her reports. Now she is managed by someone else. How do I change this colleagues approving manager in Expensify?
The approval workflow for a policy (who submits to who, and who approves reports) can be updated by any policy admin.
If you're an admin you can adjust the workflow from Settings > Policies > Group > [Policy Name] > People.

If you're not a policy admin (no Admin tab is visible at the top of your account,) we recommend reaching out to a manager or your own approver to make the update.
