Hi, I am the administrator of our policies.

Where can users find the expenses/receipts once I reject them?
Can they see them and amend them on their apps or they can only do that on the web interface?

If only on the web interface, are there any plans to include the rejected receipts to be shown on the user's app on one of your future updates?

Thank you for your help.

Hi @babis - welcome and thanks for posting! When you reject an expense from a report, it is sent back to the employee as an unreported expense. You will not have visibility on the expense until it is placed back onto a report tied to your policy. The only exception would be if you rejected a company card expense imported through Domain Control as you have additional visibility through the new Reconciliation Dashboard.

The employee should see the expense both on their web app (web browser) and using the mobile app. They should also receive an email that the expense was rejected and if you include a comment about why they'll see that too.

If your employees cannot see their expenses on the mobile app after they are rejected, they should try to sync the app to update it fully. To sync the app, employees can navigate to their Account Settings and click the "Sync Account" button.
