Is there a limit to the number of receipts I can SmartScan?

Is there a specific number of receipts that one person is allowed upload through SmartScan? One of my employees thought she read that she could only do 10 in a month.

Hi @HeatherInich , for users on a free account, the SmartScan limit is 5. But on a company Policy it's unlimited.

Is this user in your Company Policy, and is it set to be her default Policy? This is where I'd start.
