Why does Expensify not allow me to adjust the foreign exchange rate so I don't have to separately compute my exchange rate loss?

For a cash expense, we take the day's trading average. But if you are importing and merging with your credit card expenses, the final amount will be the amount charged on your card.
For cash-only expenses, a user can add a % surcharge to take into account exchange fees and losses.
