We have a Master Expensify account with clients under our umbrella. How do we set it so the client pays for the subscription...and not us?
Hi @123Laurie_Kninja, welcome to the community and thanks for posting! We charge the billing for a policy to the owner of that policy.
If a member of your team currently owns the policy, any policy admin working for the client can take over billing. We have an article that describes this process in more detail here.
In practice, any policy admin can click on their Settings > Policies > Group > [Policy Name] > Overview . From there, they will click the "Take over billing" button and follow the prompts.
