Issues with categories imported from Quickbooks Online

I have recently synced with Quickbooks Online to import categories for Expensify and have noticed two glitches:
- Accounts that are not expense related are being imported such as assets, liability and equity accounts.
- I have one category that cannot be disabled. Each time I try to toggle the category as disabled a duplicate account is created and the category remains visible to employees completing expense reports. All other categories are able to be disabled.
Is there any way to fix both of these issues?

Hi @ashb - welcome to the community! We import expense accounts as categories into Expensify. Any that you don't need can be disabled in your Policy > Categories tab.
Concerning the category that is duplicating it when you try to disable it, can you let me know which one it is? I'll take a closer look and let you know what I find.

Thanks @Sheena Trepanier , The category is called Finders Fees.

Hello @ashb - Thank you for that info! I was able to recreate the issue and raised an escalation with my team. They've let me know a fix was released and I was able to successfully disable the Finders Fees category without the previous issue happening again.
If you see this crop back up, please let us know!
