Updating user attributes "approvalLimit" and "overLimitForwardsTo"

HI,
I want to create a user with extra attributes "approvalLimit" and "overLimitForwardsTo". How to I pass them in csv file. What would be the columns to submit these attributes and values?
I appreciate your response.
Thanks

Hey there -- thanks for contributing to our Expensify Community!
Right now, when passing a CSV file to the Employee Updater endpoint it isn't possible to set the Approval Limit or Over Limit Forwards To fields.
Sorry for the bad news on that one! If you do need to update fields like this for multiple policy members in bulk, however, you can still do this from the Expensify website.
When importing users in bulk to your policy, you can specify the Approval Limit and Over Limit Forwards To by using the dropdown menus above each of your columns and selecting what we should use values from each column for!
To give an example, here's what my spreadsheet looks like:
After I click the Import from spreadsheet button, here's what I will specify each column pulls in:

Hi @Qureshi -- Just to follow up here, I have updated our help doc on Inviting Users to explain the spreadsheet import option a little better and provide some extra detail.
It doesn't cover the API, but I hope it helps yourself and others interested in this!

Hi @Qureshi - to quickly addend onto @Harry's answer - I can confirm quickly that you can't update
approvalLimit
andoverLimitForwardsTo
via the Employee Updater API I believe you were referring to.The only columns you can are the one's noted on the page:
If you're having any trouble with these, don't hesitate to get back to us here!

@Harry do you know when it is planned to add these fields ? It is very limiting to not be able to manage all the User fields. It means we are going to have multiple points of entry for any new user. It really defeats the purpose of integrating with Expensify.

Hello @VR007 - thanks for checking in! This isn't on our roadmap at this time, but I'd encourage you to add it to our Idea category so that other customers can lend their support for adding it.
It's very helpful for our team to be able to gauge the demand for a change or new functionality and the Community is the perfect place to do that.
