Can a user link their trial account with our corporate accounts?

If you have an individual who has an active trial on their account, you are still absolutely free to invite them to your corporate policy.
Their trial, which is a policy they've created themselves, will not be affected by being a member of your policy. Because the ownership of your corporate policy is different than the owner of the trial account policy, they can exist together without affecting the other.
