How do I export all reports to excel?

Hi!
I am unable to export ALL my reports to an excel file. I also don't understand how Expensify created reports. Is it based on dates?

    Hi @mandelize Welcome to the Expensify Community!

    It looks like your Scheduled Submit is set to weekly.

    This means that it will add all new smartscanned receipts to the most recently edited report, and submit it on a Sunday evening. Any expenses with violations will be left behind and added to an open report, or a new report will be created if you don't have an open one.

    If you are having trouble with this working smoothly, I recommend you add a 5-minute reminder to your calendar for a Friday afternoon to check that your expenses don't have any violations.

    You can export all reports to CSV by going to your Reports page, clearing the filters, selecting all and hitting Export To.
