Please call us at +1-860-483-5089 or 1-855-ADA-LINE (232-5463) and ask to speak with a CRO. Written complaints will receive a written acknowledgement of receipt within 30 days of receipt, and JetBlue will provide a substantive response to the complaint within 60 days of receipt.
