Can non reimbursable personal expenses be captured manually but then tracked separately of business expenses (so they are not viewed by the company)?
@Kristy, It depends on how your account is set up.
If you have given co-pilot access to anyone within the company, they will be able to see all of your transactions no matter what type they are.
If you are entering your expenses in manually and you do not have co-pilot access enabled for anyone at your company, then you should be in good shape.
All you need to do is place your personal expenses on a separate report and then change the Report Policy (in the top right of the report) to your Personal Policy.
