How to close Expensify account?

I have signed up with Expensify and we used it for a while. But it transpired that this programme does not suit our needs. I have tried to close account by myself. I have requested for account to be closed.. but to no avail. So I am getting charged on a monthly basis for this... but I don't need it..

Hi @Giedre - thanks for joining the Community. It's a bummer that Expensify didn't fit your needs, but I'm happy to help you close your account.
To start, you'll want to delete the company policy you were using. A policy is what triggers billing, and by deleting the policy you'll be unable to incur more activity-based billing.
After your policy is removed you can choose to close your account or keep it active as a free account. If you continue with a free account, you can keep access to any expense or report data that exists in Expensify.
