Is there a maximum number of attachments for the receipts sent via email?

I sent through 3 emails to [email protected] with receipts attached. One email had 70 receipts attached, one had 36 and one had 38. So far, only 60 total receipts have come through. I am guessing there is a maximum of 20 per?
