"There was a problem connecting to QuickBooks Online" export error

When trying to export individual Reimbursed Expense Report to QBO (report 32111546) I receive an error "There was a problem connecting to QuickBooks Online. Please try again."
I was/am able to sync to QBO via the admin panel/connections with no issues. I have tried to sync this individual report several times.

Hi @MJNiM - thanks for sharing!
Two things I want to share here. First, the error message you're seeing is incorrect or incomplete. Our team is already working on addressing this and it should be resolved soon, I'm so sorry about that!
Second, I wanted to share the actual error message because it's very clear what the error is. I have masked most of the employee email, but it the email is the same as the report submitter.
Hey! We tried to create a vendor record for a********[email protected], but it looks like you have them set up as an employee. You can either change your reimbursable export method to a check or add a second record for them as a vendor in QuickBooks. (Just make sure to include their email).
Cheers!

If I put the V after her name will it know to distinguish it from the employee when exporting? Thanks @Sheena Trepanier

It worked! Thanks Sheena. Had I seen the whole error message I would have realized what was wrong. Have a nice night.
