We’re no longer accepting new participants as our focus is on reimbursing existing claims. While we’re unable to provide a specific timeline on when your report will be reimbursed, we’re doing our best to drive donations and keep reimbursements moving forward. If you know anyone who can donate to this campaign please encourage them to enable Personal or Corporate Karma on their Expensify account.

You can easily subscribe to Product Updates in our Community! To subscribe to the Product Updates category, follow the steps below.

  1. Log into your Community account here. -- If you haven’t created an account, you’ll be prompted to log into Expensify using your current credentials and select a Community username first. This links the two accounts together and helps our Success Team when you have complex questions.
  2. Click on the cog in the upper right corner of your account and then Preferences.
  3. Scroll down and select the email notification radio buttons, for Discussions. This ensures all new announcements arrive in your email inbox.
