The number of families signing up for reimbursement has vastly outnumbered the limited funds available. Though we’re unable to provide a specific timeline on when your report will be reimbursed, we’re doing our best to drive donations and keep our fund moving forward. Rest assured, we’ll review every report that’s submitted per our instructions.

- Log into your Community account here. -- If you haven’t created an account, you’ll be prompted to log into Expensify using your current credentials and select a Community username first. This links the two accounts together and helps our Success Team when you have complex questions.
- Click on the cog in the upper right corner of your account and then Preferences.
- Scroll down and select the email notification radio buttons, for Discussions. This ensures all new announcements arrive in your email inbox.
