Connecting Amex Corporate Card with 'Manager' Amex Login

We have an AMEX Business Account with multiple users. I am a manager on the account (full access rights), but not the Primary Cardholder. I cannot connect to Expensify using AMEX login credentials. AMEX tells me what they allow Primary Cardholders and Managers to have the same rights, and that Expensify is preventing a user with "manager" the same privileges as "primary cardholders." I can login with primary cardholder credentials in Expensify and see all the card members, but cannot do the same with manager credentials. Has anyone experienced this? If so, what is the solution, other than sharing user names and passwords?

@HWGCP, Are you adding the cards under domain control on the admin tab?

@tylerzoll - yes, importing under domain control on the admin tab.

Hi @HWGCP! Thanks for writing in!
@tylerzoll is correct in his train of thought; entering the credentials under your Domain Control vs. your personal account will yield different results.
Assuming you hold one Amex Business account with multiple users, you will need to log in to Expensify using the Master Credentials on the account. This will most likely be the same credentials for the main account or the “umbrella” account under which all the other cards fall under. I hope this helps answer your question. Please let me know if you need anything else.
