My phone app stopped syncing with my computer. Can anyone offer any suggestions? I tried doing a manual sync on my phone but no success.
Hi @AEDeschaine - The best tip for when this happens is to navigate to the iTune store for the iOS app or the Play store for the Android app, and ensure that you're using the most updated version of the Expensify app.
If you are, a second step that is good to try is logging out and in on the mobile app and then trying to manually sync.
I have tried all these possible solutions to no avail. Please help.
@SAC Have you confirmed that you're logged in with the same account on both mobile and web?
You can check which account you're in on mobile from Menu -> Settings -> check the email/phone number under the profile picture.
On web click your profile icon in the top left and check the email/phone number in the drop-down menu.
