How long should SmartScan usually take?

Hi there,

My smart scanning takes a long time to generate an expense. How long should a credit card receipt normally take via smart scan?

    Because SmartScan is optimized for accuracy over speed, times can vary depending on the current system load. So, when you SmartScan an expense, it can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours for your scan to complete. Just make sure you SmartScan your receipt as soon as you get it, instead of holding on to it, and that’ll get the process started earlier, so it's ready to go when you are!
