Overdue bill on account but i never signed up?

I used the free trial of expensify and found it useful however decided not to sign up to a subscription as I since signed up to a Xero account which covers my needs. I have notifications saying I owe $18 however for using the service however I never opted to have a paying account? Can Expensify please arrange for this to be removed as I would just like to use this for my personal use only and not business.

    Hi @matthew_ I'm sorry for any confusion! Everyone receives a free trial to start, with access to all paid features. Your billing will commence when your free trial expires. You can easily downgrade to a free account.

    Check out this great help doc that details every method of downgrading dependent on your subscription along with information on how to request a refund after your first bill.
