Multi companies within Xero and Expensify.

Hi.
We currently use expensify along with Sage. We have 3 companies and all the staff are on one policy within expensify but go to 3 different sage companies. We separate them out using a spreadsheet with macros and import them into Sage to be paid.
When we upgrade to Xero we would like to sync up Expensify. Would we need to split the staff up using policies or would we need 3 separate expensify accounts?

Hi @Lee_Shea89 Welcome to the Expensify Community!
Great question! In this case you would set up three Policies and link each up to the relevant Xero entity. If you have staff associated with more than one company, they will just need to be careful about which one to use.
