We accidentally deleted a domain control user account which still had expenses in it. Is it possible to restore a deleted user account and all the expenses associated with it?
Expensify got back to me and said that not only is this not possible for a user; it is not possible for customer service. They apparently do not backup their data, or they do not access backups at customer request. So "permanently delete" means "permanently delete"... until the FBI shows up of course!
In the meantime, we are never going to pay Expensify for anything again. Downgrade to free plan completed.
