It is only importing SOME of my credit card charges not all of them. Why?
@jamesfyoung1967, When was the last time you imported your credit card charges? Is this the first time? Some banks only go back so far on what they export. Are you sure that the transactions are getting exported from your bank?
I tried importing them just yesterday. Was just hoping for the last month. I disattached and attached a couple of times. Still does not work.
Hi @jamesfyoung1967, welcome and thanks for posting! When connecting a credit card for the first time, you'll notice that only a small portion of historical transactions import. You can run a manual Update of the card from your Account Settings > Credit Card Import tab to make sure that you import as many transactions as your bank will send us.
Typically banks limit us to 30 days of historical transactions, however, on rare occasions, we'll have a bank that will send 45-90 days worth.
I've pushed a manual sync of your card and I hope your bank was able to send us the transactions you were looking for!
