How to find Expensify Sync Manager

This app worked pretty well with QB desktop till it stopped. The instructions seem to be missing some detail to disconnect and reconnect. I can't seem to find the sync manager screen anywhere to paste the code into. How do I open find the Expensify sync manager?

The Expensify Sync Manager should be running in the background of your computer. Can you check the system tray in the bottom right corner of your desktop? If you see an Expensify icon, right click on it and click configure to open it. If you are on a hosted server you should be able to open it from your server desktop.
