Classes in QB

Is there a way to add "classes" from Quickbooks? We are tracking income and expenses from an event coming up, and to do that, I use the "class" function in Quickbooks. Is there a way to turn it on in Expensify so employees can chose this class when entering expenses related to this event? Thanks!

Hey there, great to hear from you! Right now, you're using the older, legacy version of our QuickBooks Desktop connection (based on the QuickBooks Web Connector). That limits you to tracking either classes or customers via Tags in Expensify.
The good news is that we have an updated version of our QuickBooks Desktop integration, which you can read more about in our help site! That does indeed allow you to map Classes and Customers/ Jobs to Tags in Expensify, at the same time.
That updated connection is included within Control policies, and I would recommend that you wait until you've exported all reports for a period before you update this connection. That will reduce the amount of re-coding of spend you'll need to do.
Thanks for posting!

I see that I can sync classes, but only with the option of not syncing customers as well. Can you do both?
