My expenses are submitting automatically every week
Is there a way to stop this? My boss prefers just one at the end of the month. I looked through the settings and see no way to alter this.

You can alter this in your Personal Policy - just go to Settings > Policies > Personal > Reports and toggle the Scheduled Submit off.
Your company Policy still has Scheduled Submit turned on, but the submission frequency is 'manually'.
