How can I filter expenses by items that are NOT billable?

It is easy to filter by billable items but the reverse is not true - is there a way to do it?

Not via the filters, no there's not - you'd need to export to CSV then auto filter in excel.
Can you explain a little more about what you are wanting the list for? This may help me think outside the square.
