Hi, the approver resigned last week and he had deleted already his Expensify account. Therefore nobody will approve all submitted receipts for reimbursements. How can I add a new approver in Expensify?

You should be able to add a new Approver under Settings > Policies > [Policy Name] > People, however I'd like to just check everything properly here. I'm going to send you a private message.
Hi @gracejim_414, I'm afraid I have bad news - Richard was the Policy Owner. Basically, he deleted the company Policy and shut his whole account down.
Let me go away and see what I can find out about recovery.
