When syncing the accounts the photos taken on my phone don't show up on my computer

    Hi @craigeller, thanks for posting and welcome to the Community! This sounds frustrating so let's see what we can do to get things working properly for you.

    Can you answer some questions for me?

    1. Have your receipt images ever transferred to the web version of your account? If so, how long has this been failing?
    2. Are you logging into the mobile app and the web version of your account using the same email address?

    Additionally, some helpful troubleshooting steps would be:

    1. Open the app and pull down on the Expenses page to refresh it.
    2. Navigate to your Account settings in the mobile app and click the Sync Account option.

    If your receipts don't sync to the web after the two steps above, let me know!

    Also - make sure you are logged into the same account on both - this is a very common issue!
