syncing to quickbooks
I can't get expensify to sync to my desktop version of QB Pro 2016. It says connected but when I come back and click continue I get an error message telling me that it cannot connect. It is telling me that if I get a pop up to click allows allow access to expensify. I did that when I did the original download and I can't get it to come back up again. I am far from a computer expert and am totally lost here and in need of help.
