Can Expensify read the last four digits of a credit cards on a receipt?

Hello,

I want to know if the app can read a credit card number on a receipt and sort that receipt into it's own group. For example all receipts from: "Amex credit card ...1234". But I don't want to do it manually. I want the smart scan to do it for me.

I don't plan to link my bank account to the app. I just want to take pictures of my receipts and sort them for expense reports.

Hi Sonia!

Unfortunately, the ability of SmartScan is limited to pulling the Merchant Name, Date, and Amount of a transaction and creating your expenses based on that--but I can definitely see how that might be a great addition to the feature! We'll keep that in mind for future updates, thanks for the suggestion!
