The Community celebrates its one year anniversary!
It’s hard to believe that just a year ago we were a small group of dedicated Expensify champions and Success Team members with a question: can we empower our most motivated and knowledgeable users to build deeper relationships with us and their peers? Well, you answered with a resounding YES!
So we want to say, THANK YOU! Thank you to the early adopters, to those who come back here week after week to find answers to your questions, and to those who return just to help other people. Simply put — you’re all pretty wonderful and I’m astounded on a daily basis at what the Community is capable of. Everyone has gone above and beyond to make sure the Community is a thriving and reliable place to receive help and build relationships! We couldn't have done this without you.
To give you all a little taste of what the Community has accomplished, let’s look at something we probably all wondered about over the course of the last year: stats!
In the last year, the Community has:
- Shared feedback that has influenced product changes as well as how we communicate those changes to our customers!!!
- Answered 1782 questions
- Taken part in 2483 discussions
- Worked together to prove the need for 4 new features!
- Selflessly and freely given over 1706 collective hours to improving their Expensify knowledge and helping others to feel empowered to do the same!
The next year brings many opportunities for us to grow as a Community and continue to influence a product that we all rely on heavily. In the spirit of celebration, I’d love to hear from other members about what you love about this Community. It could be a great discussion you had, an “aha!” moment when you figured something out or a connection with a fellow Community member that you value.
