QBO export error "A vendor with the same name already exists"

I am new to auto export to QBO and I keep getting the message - "A vendor with the same name already exists in QuickBook Online" - In trying to solve the problem I keep getting answers that refer to NetSuite (I don't have that) and subsidiaries and I don't have subsidiaries that I know of. I'm stuck.

I'm just a user. But did you try altering the name of the vendor already in QB? Add a hyphen, double a letter or add something small. If it imports the report and creates a new vendor you can merge the two vendors into one. Just edit the 'new one' to match the name of the old one - QB will combine them

Hi @thuggins - check the email addresses! Do a global search on the vendor email and see if it's associated with more than one.
